Hi All, Sometimes I receive this error during authentication of system email. However, Sometimes, it works. Can you please help me to find the root cause of this error? I am trying to setup a system email.

 

You can follow these steps and see if it works for you:

 

Verify URL:

  • Open a browser and navigate to https://myobadvanced.com/OAuthAuthentication. Ensure it does not return a 404 error.

Check Application Configuration:

  • Go to Acumatica and navigate to System Management > Integration > Configure Integration.

Network Connectivity:

  • Ping the myobadvanced.com server to ensure it is reachable from your network.

Review OAuth Settings:

  • Make sure the Client ID and Client Secret are correctly configured and match those provided by the external application

my assumtion is you didnt mean “https://myobadvanced.com/OAuthAuthentication”

but rather “https://xxxxxxxxxxxx.myobadvanced.com/OAuthAuthentication

 

So what do we do if we get said Error ?

 


Hi ​@ppalmer51 , I fixed it by creating new separate dedicated shared mailbox for MYOB and enabled SMTP license to fix this. (initially, I was using my personal work email for testing). After that, this type of error was gone for me.
