We’ve refreshed our Getting Started with Acumatica ERP course! 🎉

This update now features the modern user interface and covers the general processes in Acumatica ERP 2025 R2, making it a perfect first step for anyone new to the platform, or a great refresher for those already familiar.

​@Elena Abilova I have a client using 25R1 who won’t upgrade to the Modern UI until next year.  Where can we access the Getting Started course for the classic UI to train new employees now?  I searched and couldn’t find it in the Open University.

We only keep the latest version of the courses, but there are some older webinar recordings for the Getting Started and other courses available on the following page: https://portal.acumatica.com/(W(13))/Main?ScreenId=ED000037&PageID=4a3d98aa-b521-4278-a72e-ad53feadc841.

​@tcruise The only webinar recording of the Getting Started with Acumatica ERP course is for 2020 R1.  That’s quite old, not appropriate for new employees who will use 2025 R1 with the classic UI, I think it would create unnecessary confusion.  The More (...) menu, for example, I’m fairly sure was introduced in a version newer then 2020 R1.

I understand why you don’t keep all courses for older versions available, but I don’t understand why you wouldn’t keep the Getting Started with Acumatica ERP available for 2025 R1 (classic UI).  Many subscribers, including most of my clients, won’t upgrade to the modern UI until after 26R1 is released.  You’re not willing to keep available the one course that all new users should take, for a very recent version of Acumatica that many subscribers will continue to use into next year?
