Dear ALL,

For example: on the screen "Invoices and Memos" > Customer item > Clicking the selector > Creating new “filter settings” > entering the filter name > and new TAB is created then.

Please guide us How do users only see the data on the new TAB of the generated filter settings. Users must not see the “ALL RECORDS” TAB.

Regards,

NNT

Filters are designed to be a helpful tool, but not in the way you are hoping to use them. There is no way to hide the All Records tab. If you need to customize selector results, you'll need to look into a customization.

Depending upon your needs, perhaps you could look into row level security to restrict certain customers.

Hi, If you don’t want to show all the records, propably can think of restriction group. But it works depending into what exacly you need hide from users. Think of specific trigger like class, branches etc.

That's what I meant 🙂 I thought row level security didn't sound right.
