I want Create Assignment and Approval map for employee screen. If employee Payment method change i want to trigger approval map. currently i am not able to select Employee Entity in approval Map screen.

An Email will be triggered to the Workflow people ( Emails should be added in the notification template )
once the Approver receives the Email, the approver will review the Employee payment method changes and approves the changes by enabling the Checkbox manually, which indicates Approved.
This scenario was implemented in stock Item for approval to one of my customer using business events

Currently, out of the box Acumatica does not have Approvals for the Employee screen.
I was going to suggest changing the user role for allowing that, but you can not.
The only other thing to possibly try is creating a business event for data change:
You can also suggest that Acumatica add the Employee screen to approvals for a future release.
