Employee time card :- Customization to calculate time spent based on the local start time and local end time cutom field

Helloo,

I’ve added 2 custom field as local start time and local time field in the employee time card detail tab, but don’t know how to add a calculation on the time spent field, which will be difference between start time and end time entered in these 2 custom fields. 

 

Attached customization project of these custom fields. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.
