Printing multiple Sub Contracts related to one project

I need to print all subcontracts related to one project for an external auditor.

I tried to enable mass actions into a generic inquiry to be able to print all sub contracts related to the specific projet.

Unfortunately, it always print only the first sub contract. Even if I select all and select print all, there is only the first printing. I have over 200 subcontracts to print so going one by one is time consuming.

Anyone can help me with this issue?

@dgrimard this isn’t an exact fix but could you provide the auditor with the subcontract details report by project (in the parameters screen, you can select a date range or remove the dates to pull in all).  It’s not the actual subcontract agreement but it does give a good amount of detail.

the other option would be to give the auditor temporary access to the system with view only access, printing over 200 contracts will be very time consuming and wasteful.  not ideal but it could be worth a conversation!

Please refer to the attached GI xml file.

Hi @nhatnghetinh,

The XML attached file seems to be empty. I’m able to get all the subcontract listed by project, as you copied on the chat. But the issue is to print them all, one by one individually. The auditor wants to see all individual sub contract sent to our supplier for the whole project….

Thanks

Dave
