i have been trying to import a single email account for all the customers.
So I would now like to import the same e-mail for the Mailing ID = STATEMENT for all the customers.
I created an import routine as follows:
When I ran this routine it generated the below shown error:
What is it that I am missing?

just created an import scenario to update the Email Account in Mailings under the Mail Settings tab in the Customers screen.
Created import scenario is working as expected. Please find the screenshots for reference.

Thanks for your prompt response. i tried to import with what you have shared. It did work out for the one that you’ve mentioned in the XML file.
But when I tried to import for Mailing ID = STATEMENT it is not working.
