Report Viewer Find only returning first instance

My controller relies heavily on the Find function (search) in the report viewer. The find function used to find the first instance on the first click (or enter key) of the find button on a report, then would find the second on a secondo click/return & so on through the list.

This functionality is now lost, it will only find the first instance every time you use the find, its almost as if the report is re-loading every time you click Find. I have tested this in new instances of the same build and have the same results.

Has anyone else noticed this, and is there a fix for it?

Acumatica 2023 R2 Build 23.212.0024

Hello,

I did a small test and can confirm :  using Firefox browser, I experience the same issue in version 2023 R2 build Build 23.207.0025.

When testing the same report in 2024 R1 Build 24.111.0011 , the search tool works fine.

I searched the Community and I did not find a specific support article that explains or discusses the problem.  I searched 2024 R1 Full Release Notes and did not find mention of this problem.

Thank you for your testing & response! I was going to try upgrading a test instance to the latest 2023R2 build and see if it persists through that. Otherwise… guess we’ll be testing and upgrading to 2024R2 sooner than planned 😂

I did a bit more testing today and installed the latest version of 2023 R2 (build 23.218.0011) and the problem still persisted there.

I also installed a new instance of 2024 R2 and it performs as it should, cycling through each find instead of only staying on the first.

Looks like we may be upgrading to 2022 R2 in Q1 instead of Q2 now!
