Dear All,

  1. There is some item that has an expired date but when we check with the supplier, they agreed to extend expire date. Our old system allows us to change the expiration date, but I don't see any screen manage this on Acu
  2. Is this possible to change the Lot/ Serial Number for a specific item - user sometimes got mistakes and inputs the wrong Lot Number

I don’t have a solution, except possible customizations, for now. (And perhaps, adjust out the quantity with incorrect date and receive back in with a correct date.)

Hi @chidao 

You are not able to change once they are in the system and I assume you released the receipt for them? You would need to adjust those items out and create a new receipt for new lot/serial numbers and expiration dates. The system does not allow these to be changed once things are released. As @laura01  stated, you would need a customization.
