Hi @jasonjiang Details of Retrieval of Attachments are covered in the I320 course. Link below. Page 32. https://openuni.acumatica.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/I320_WebServicesDataRetrievalAdvanced_2022R1.pdf I hope that helps. Thanks Matt
Thanks @kandybeatty49, I will raise it as a Product Idea.
Hi Laura It is a slightly different question, the post you shared relates to a Sales Order of type Quote rather than a Sales Quote. Thanks Matt
Hi @smarenich That worked perfectly, thank you and I will look at the 2022R1 Beta now. Thanks Matt
Thanks Vivek It would be good if the standard product looked up the Require Shipment flag for non-stock items to identify the item as Digital or Physical. I will look at doing the customisation. Thanks again for your help. Matt
Thank you and I agree.
Hi JP Did you find a solution to this? Thanks Matt
Hi @smarenich Thank you for coming back to me. It would be great if it could be added. I did think maybe the comments field could be used against the document but a specific Alt Text field would be useful. Thanks Matt
Hi @NAthukorala47 In the Sales Order Preferences you can select the Automatically Release IN Documents. “A check box that indicates (if selected) that the inventory documents generated on release of the sales-related documents will be automatically released. If the check box is not selected, the inventory documents generated on release of the sales-related documents should be manually released in the inventory functional area.” Thanks Matt
Hi @NAthukorala47 Try the changing shipping rules, on the shipping tab on the customer and customer location. Thanks Matt
Hi @zoeymuff Can you share your partners details please or message me with more details. Thanks Matt
Hi Karthik Thank you for confirming. Yes I plan to use patterns to upload images, I will manage it manually as you suggest. Thank you again Matt
Hi Karthik Thank you for your reply. I am attaching the unique image to the Matrix item and that is passing over to BigCommerce and being displayed as the variant is being selects. What I want to do is push the image associated wit the attribute to the variant option to create a selector as per below. I can do this manually on each product on the BigCommerce side but ideally would pull this from the attribute where I have attached the image. I looked at the BigCommerce API documentation and I think it is probably the endpoint Acumatica is already using.https://developer.bigcommerce.com/api-reference/store-management/catalog/product-variant-options/createoptiontype: “swatch” and inside“option_values”array in each object from the array you have to set the image URL invalue_data and presumably upload the image via webdav. I am not very technical so I am possibly very wrong. Thanks Matt
Hi @Naveen B Thanks for coming back, It is different but not better. :) \App_RuntimeCode\PX_Objects_IN_INItemClass_extensions.cs(37): error CS0102: The type 'INItemClassExt' already contains a definition for 'usrProjectID'\App_RuntimeCode\PX_Objects_IN_INItemClass_extensions.cs(36): error CS0102: The type 'INItemClassExt' already contains a definition for 'UsrProjectID'\App_RuntimeCode\PX_Objects_IN_INItemClass_extensions.cs(37): error CS0102: The type 'INItemClassExt' already contains a definition for 'usrProjectID'It could be user error, I added the below to the IN.INitemClass UserProjectID field as per the screenshot below. using PX.Objects.PM;#region ProjectID public abstract class usrProjectID : PX.Data.BQL.BqlInt.Field<usrProjectID> { } [ProjectDefault(PersistingCheck = PXPersistingCheck.Nothing)] [ProjectBase] public virtual int? UsrProjectID { get; set; } #endregion Thanks Matt
Hi Gabriel I am trying to solve a similar but slightly different problem where a PO is provided by a customer for work on multiple projects and I need to track the balance of the issued PO across the projects. For your challenge, and I am sure you have thought of it, could you process the prepayment as a payment on account for the client. And then add the pre-paid hours to the project budget and set the project to not allow hours to be booked over budget. When the project invoice is raised you can settle it against the cash on account. Thanks Matt
