Cancelled is stored as L.Use Customization, Inspect Element to see drop down values. When drop down values is not available, you can put the fully qualified field name in a generic inquiry to see how a field is stored in the DB. Hat tip @lauraj46
Because one of the lines is not checked complete
The pick list prints SOShipLine.UOM, Try replacing that with SOShipLine.OrderUOM.If there is a UOM conversion, you will have to adjust QTY as well.BTW, my goldfish thinks Adding the ability to override UOMs in Item Warehouse Details would be a great idea to post, assuming this would help your situation.
@asmith50 I am referring to pick, pack, ship of Acumatica’s WMS Product. While it packages as an additional cost to your client, it may be worth a look depending on full business-case to potentially avoid customizing, or a workaround using transfers, etc.
@asmith50 - if the shipment cannot be confirmed, the requisite information for shipment in Acumatica is not available.Have you considered implementing picking? Pick future shipments, stage, configure, wait for customer arranged shipping, then ship, then customs declaration (assuming your including shipper, transport charges, etc.) Not sure if this would work for your scenario, just a thought.A similar process could be designed using transfers.
@asmith50 Can your client bring each shipment one step further and confirm the shipment? The SO’s are locked for good reason until a shipment is confirmed. Once multiple shipments are confirmed you can use Actions, Correct Shipment to make changes, but only to the last shipment created.
@apickard5 - Assuming you assign staff at scheduling and after all parts have been added by your planner, once the Service Staff is assigned (appointment created) you can use either as a Business Event trigger to change the warehouse on the appointment Stock Item lines to the Staff’s User Profile Default-Warehouse. The service order lines will be automatically updated. When the technician adds a part to the appointment @amajors suggestion of one Branch Location per staff is the only way I am aware of having the warehouse default to staff’s truck ins Services. At time of staff assignment, you could change the branch location on the service order with a separate BE, but this solution only works if every appointment per service order is worked by the same staff - when the branch location is updated on the service order, it is updated on each appt.
@atuljainajm. It is possible, with lots of options! Rather than explain it, I’ve attached a quick example. Note - the detail inquiry still shows both InTran lines for transfers.
Hi @caroll42,Building on what @vkumar has shared, you can leverage the Vendors Primary List GI by copying it to a new GI. Using the Add Related Table button on the Tables tab of the GI is very helpful to add additional tables as it builds the table relationships for you. Acumatica has the best context-sensitive help I have seen in ERP and GI form reference does a good job explaining the five table-join options. Additionally, the Inspect Element feature is a great tool to identify the table and field name needed in your GI results.Best,Dan
@hbash52 Does the report print correctly when not called from the email notification? Can you post images of the empty line numbers, I am having trouble visualizing what that is,
Hi @mblomfeldt32,I have attached a screenshot of the triggers that are working for me to send an ACH Remittance email/report.Triggered successfully in 2020R2 and 2021R1
I also wish the Shipping Terms were integrated with the Ship Via records. There are a few workarounds I have been using. They are not always viable depending on the businessYou can define new Sales Order Type(s) to be used for Will Call and/or Company Truck, then uncheck the calculate freight box in the new Order Types record(s). In the case of a Will Call order however, this does not address sales tax calculation. To address sales tax calculation, we have added Will Call location(s) to customers with the appropriate shipping instructions and addresses of the pickup locations. Best,Dan
