@olexandrProkopovych94 - you may want to try a restart on the customer instance
@MarciaW - I believe the shipping contact in the error is referencing the customer on the service order. I would suggest to create support ticket to have this reviewed. It looks like a data issue as I do not see a way to have have no account showing on the setting tab without the override flag as you show
@ppowell - It appears to me you have the correct carrier package in the correct place and per the Easy Post link as you say, this is all that is needed. @dmazzullo77 your screen shows the top level of the enable, do you have the specific carriers enabled below that level as below? This is on Enable / Disable CS100000

Acumatica ERP 2022 R1 introduces the ability to select the specific carrier services that will be used. These services are listed under the Shipping Carrier Integration feature.

@jcesar I think I know understand you question. When customer status is on hold or on credit hold you are not able to enter a sales order because the customer is not available to select for the sales order customer.The best way to manage customers on hold or or credit hold would be to create generic inquiry and / or a dashboard to provide a list of customer on on hold or on credit hold such as in shows below for the Sales Demo data
@ViweM when you created the schedule did you start on the Process screen and use the “schedules” button as below ? If not I would suggest to remove schedule and starts with Process screen and Schedules button whenever creating a schedule.Also when scheduling a Process you must use the Process All Action not Process
@laura01 I do not see that the Landed Cost document has been released in the screens above. To see the adjustment you need to release.
@bhyland It appears the Service Order Type in referenced on another record other than Service Order or Appointment. Depending on the configuration Service Order types can be reference on the Customer Service Billing tab…. could this be the case ?
