I ended up using the INTranSplit table for the report and made do with some conditional statements in the results grid. It works for about 99.9% of the items we are using.
Hi @podonnell11 Please use ‘Invoice’ on Sales order module ( Screen ID : SO303000 ), instead of Sales order of type IN (Screen ID : SO301000 ). The ‘Invoice’ screen should pull the Sales account from Non stock item for Non stock items and from customer location for Stock items in your above scenario. Let me know if this works. Regards, @vkumar , The process we go through is SO → Shipment → Prepare Invoice but it pulls the non-stock from the customer location rather than the non-stock code regardless. This is the account we want to use for the non-stock item line but it pulls up the Sales GL account from the Customer’s GL Accounts which is this:
@Denise Johnson These employees do not currently have access to Acumatica. Is there a way around this? I’m assuming since this screen isn’t a normal Generic Inquiry, it would have to a customization to edit the condition that is specific to the employee logged in? I had this issue as well. What I did was create a business event. My generic inquiry activates the business event every time a check is released. When it is released my notification template has parameters to send out the paystub via email. Another thing I did was make a copy of my paystub, give it the parameters for doc type and ref nbr, created a site map entry, and then added it there so only I could see it.
Problem solved:My parameter was [@ShipmentNbr], which was fine for running the Pick List from the Pick List screen. When I changed the pass-through parameter to [SOShipment.ShipmentNbr] I was able to run the Pick List with subreport from the Shipments screen.
Hi, @podonnell11 , Please correct me if I’m wrong. I assuming below is your requirement. You want to know the “Qty. OnHand” of each Inventory on the particular date. Could you please share your GI in XML format? I may help you If I found anything. Naveen, Yes this is correct. For example let’s say I want to see the quantity of “X Product” on February 10th. Then when I change the date to March 10th, the GI will display the quantity as of that date (let’s say 10 of X product were added to inventory since then). I have attached the XML. I think it may have to do with either the right parameters or a difference in the joins/relations.
Hi @podonnell11 As you mentioned, creating two rows with only GL accounts to be visible is the only option in this case. I don't see a way of excluding random GL accounts from a range of GL accounts on Data source on ARM row set. Hope this clarifies, Regards, Thanks Vijay
Thank you everyone for your solutions!
