Inactive Products Still showing up on Big Commerce Website

We need some help with the following issue:  We have items in Acumatica that we have sold the last one, and made inactive in Acumatica.  We have set up our Acumatica-Big Commerce Connector to make such inactive items not appear on our Big Commerce Website.  The items still show up on our Big Commerce website.  We are confused why the items are still showing up on our Big Commerce site.

We had a configuation issue we fixed. So yes, issue solved.

The Cloud 9 case is 064697.   Here is what we wrote: “

Your help on this issue is greatly appreciated. Please see games on the attachment.  Big Commerce lists these games as "Catalogue Only" (we do not know what this means), and show we have inventory of these games.  We do not have any inventory of these games.  Please help us fix this issue.  Your help on this issue is greatly appreciated. I have attached the immage of an example of the items that both show as “catalogue” and mistakenly show as having inventory (when there is no inventory).

@dougmcbride79 what are you expectations for the inactive stock items?

Depending on your version of Acumatica, connector should mark these items as not purchasable in BigCommerce, but we are not deleting anything in BigCommerce, even item is invalid.

@smarenich thank you.  We still have the issue that these “catalogue” items show as having inventory when in fact there is zero inventory of these catalogue items in Acumatica. To say it differerently, We have no inventory of these items in Acumatica but in Big Commerce these ‘catalogue” items show as still having inventory.  Can you help us understand why and how to fix this related isssue.
