Invoice printout doesn't show the "-" when downloading it to PDF.

Good day. When i preview the invoice printout, it looks fine. However when I download it to pfd, the "-” symbol is disappeared. Is anyone having this issue before?

As highlighted the field name, it's showing the "-” symbol in print preview.

 

When we download the printout to pdf format, it's not showing the dash symbol.
