Dashboard trend kpi parameters

I have a dashboard with a scorecard tile that gives an invoice total for the current year. It is set up with parameters for date so that if the user onlys want to see the invoices for February, they can choose the appropriate dates on the dashboard. Then there is another scorecard that gives the invoice total for the previous year to date. It also has parameters so that the user can choose the dates and compare invoice total to to the same month last year for example. I have added a trend tile and it updates based on the salesperson selected, but does not update based on the dates selected, so that if the dashboard user selects February of 2022 and February of 2023, the trend tile still displays the trend for all of 2022 to all of 2023. Is there a way to configure the trend tile to also consider the dates selected by the user of the dashboard and give a trend for February 2022 to February 2023 if that is what the user has selected? I have selected last year as the period to compare.

How to print multiple pages with page break.

Hi I'm trying to print a report where the main report has a sub report , which might have a single page or multiple pages I want to print each page separately. but the report is continuing or mixing with the previous page.I tried adding in details section but it is not working. it repeating every page twice.this is the first page this is page 1the 2nd page needs to come in new page this is the sub report and it’s behavior

Carrier Plugin - Customer - Carrier Account - Add to Report

I am trying to add [CarrierPluginCustomer.CarrierAccount] to the SO641010 report in report designer.Based on https://watertrucks.acumatica.com/dacBrowser/PX.Objects.CS/CarrierPluginCustomerI added the table CarrierPluginCustomer to get [CarrierPluginCustomer.CarrierAccount] Relationships:Parent Field Link Condition Child Field BAccountID Equal CustomerID I get no errors and added the value to the report, but when testing the report on a sales order that used a Customer’s Carrier Account, it displayed nothing.We are using the EasyPost Carrier PluginAny ideas what I am missing?I attached the test rpx file as a zip for reference.

Access Inventory Attributes to Report According to Sales Order Status

Hi, we have customized the SO641010 (Sales Order) report. We are accessing attributes from the Stock Items Screen according to the inventory item in the sales order line. There is a new requirement, that if a Sales Order is in open or closed state then these Attribute Values can't change (should be the previously set value) if that particular Stock Item's attributes are changed to a new value. How can this requirement be satisfied?The join used is attached below.

All, I’ve recently take on Acumatica support at my company and was told that some time back, an Acumatica update broke the @me filter in our dashboards. Then I found this:Here’s the drilldown… do I jut need to change OwnerID_description to OwnerID? from the GI results gridThanks!

Attempting to create copy of GI. It exists in Services module, but is not listed in Customization/GI when I search.

I want to create a copy of a generic inquiry that exists (OOTB) within our implementation. Acumatica 2022 R2, Build 22.205.0026. Construction Edition. The inquiry is within the Services module and is named “Appointment Summary.” It has the screen ID of FS400100. Within the Services module, the title shows under Inquiries, as you would expect. The inquiry opens when selected and presents the expected form and results (the OOTB inquiry). To attempt to create a copy that I can edit, I navigated to Customization, Generic Inquiry. When I select the magnifying glass to perform a lookup of the desired title “Appointment Summary,” no such inquiry exists. I’ve attempted using “appoint,” “app,” “FS,” “Summary,” “40.01.00,” and anything else I could think of. I cannot find this inquiry. I do get results in the lookup, just not containing the inquiry I’m looking for. I have made certain my view displays every available result by enlarging the search results form or walking through each

Trying to filter on a Calculated data difference field

Hi, I created a GI trying to get the customers that are over the days past use. I am then trying to calculate the number of days past the Credit Due days of the oldest invoice. The data is displaying the way I expected it to. My issue is that I cannot apply a GI filter on the Day Past Credit Grace Period. If I enter 120, nothing appears even though in the All records tab, there are records that meet this requirement. These are the fields that I am using for the calculations. Thank you in advance. Is there any way I can use data from a Nonexistent table into my GI? for example In the Inventory Allocation Details screen there is a field called Reference Nbr. which is the document number of the source for this allocation.how can I get the data within this field into my own made GI?

Generic Inquery - Get total count of records via OData

Hello,I’m using the Expose via OData with some generic inquires to get some data via the OData API. I need to know the total number of records. You can clearly see the total number at the bottom of the results grid but I don’t know how to get this information in the OData response.How can I get the total records for a Generic Inquiry in the OData api?

EasyPost URL in Generic Inquiry

I have a Generic Inquiry that displays shipment information based on the tracking number that is input into a parameter. We have EasyPost integrated into our Acumatica, and we have the Tracking URL as one of the fields in the Generic Inquiry. Is there a way to make the Tracking URL link active in the Generic Inquiry so the user can simply click on the URL and view the tracking information on the EasyPost tracking page? Thank you

Lines not showing contuniously when content increases in report.

Hi I’m trying to create a table and trying to add lines betweens the line items by styling individual textboxes with borders, the issue here is the lines are not printing continuously when the description is getting longer than 2 lines. (ex: line 5 & 6)I tried to resolve it by styling pannel but same issue repeats.Is there any better way to add lines without wasting space.

Changing multi-column report to single, only returning every other result

Hi all,I’m modifying the stock Location Labels report to a format that will better fit the labels we want to use. I wasn’t smart enough to keep a print out of the original report, but it basically outputs two columns of location labels. If you haven’t seen it, think of it like this:Location 1 Location 2 Location 3 Location 4 Location 5 Location 6 Honestly I kind of hacked and slashed the report, removing all of the objects on the right side as well as adding a barcode and some other stuff, to where it only outputs one location label per page. All of my additions and changes work, except the report still behaves as if it had the second column, and when I request a range of locations it gives me the equivalent of Location 1, Location 3, Location 5, etc. If I start the range on Location 2, it will then give me Location 4, Location 6, etc.I’m sure there’s probably a simple answer here, but I have a case of Friday burnout and this is kicking my butt. Any help that can be provided w

Hi,I have created a GI. Then I added a customized field to the results grid. It works perfectly. But after some time, that Line on the results grid was automatically deleted. I added again that line to the GI. But as earlier, it will get deleted after some time. Is there a particular reason for that? ThanksRegards

Dashboard caching issue: dashbord is always filter widgets based on logged user's employee id.

Hi,I created a new Generic Inquiry window using Px.Objects.EP.EPEmployee, Px.Objects.EP.EPTimeCard. And set the Employee ID as a parameter without default value and not from schema.Then created a Dashboard using this GI window. Owner role: DashboardDesigner set Employee ID as a parameter without default value and not from schema. Then designed the dashboard with widgets as below figure. After logged as a user who is an administrative employee and run the dashboard. Initial load the employee id is filtering based on logged user’s employee id. Removed the employee id from the filter parameter box and select a new employee. But the widgets are not loading correctly. Then activate the design mode and check the widget parameters, and found the logged user employee id has been set as the default employee id. After removing the value widgets are loading correctly, but every new session this logged user employee id is set as the widget’s parameter. Therefore, every time need to activate the

GI relating cases to emails in the cases

My team wants a report to show how many emails a customer service rep responds to a day from cases created from our website’s support page, not cases a rep would create on their own. My plan is to make a GI that has case id’s, and created by, then the emails within those cases which I can filter by rep later, but I’m having a hard time finding the relation between a case and the emails in the case. Does anyone have a good join for this?

I am trying to make push notification which would deliver all my open invoices with amount,balance,customerID and copy of the invoice to an endpoint. I am wondering if there is a way to add the PDF Invoice as a column to the GI that would feed the push notification.

Adjusting CreatedDateTime, Time for correct region

I have created a Generic Inquiry that will show the Date and Time that a Sales Order was printed.I am using the SOOrderShipment.CreatedDateTime field and the following code to extract the time.=IIF(HOUR([SOOrderShipment.CreatedDateTime])<=12,PADLEFT(CSTR(HOUR([SOOrderShipment.CreatedDateTime])),2,'0')+':'+PADLEFT(CSTR(MINUTE([SOOrderShipment.CreatedDateTime])),2,'0')+ ' AM',PADLEFT(CSTR(HOUR([SOOrderShipment.CreatedDateTime])-12),2,'0')+':'+PADLEFT(CSTR(MINUTE([SOOrderShipment.CreatedDateTime])),2,'0')+ ' PM')This works as it should other than it displays the Time as UTC time. I need it to display the time for our region. We are in the US Eastern time zone (-5 hours). Thank you for any assistance.
