Entry Type Inquiry

Good morning,We use entry types to deduct fees and other assorted items from our deposits. Unfortunately in the General ledger the descriptions do not flow through from the Banking module. I would like to be able to run a report on the amounts for each entry type. General ledger for credit card fees the lines are blankHas anyone encountered this and could help a person out with getting this information? Or has anyone modified the Account Details report to show this information?

HiWe have a Payment Voucher Report in Quick Checks Form that can be print when the Status is equal to PrintedStatus is Equal to Printedthe Payment Voucher Report But we want to print this Payment Voucher Report when the status is equal to Pending Print.When Status is Pending PrintReport is not showing correct values when the status is Pending Print.Does anyone know how to solve this issue?Thank you.

Subreport font does not match designer.

I have a custom report with a subreport.Both the main report and the sub report have the same Style Template.The field in both reports use the same style name, size, and settings.In this case Courier New, 12px, Bold When the report prints the main report fields are in the expected font but the subreport fields do not print in that font. Changing the values on the subreport have not affected what font appears or whether or not that font is bold. Is there are override somewhere that is forcing the subreport to print differently than designed?Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the two reports to use the same font.Thank youDaniel FlacksApplications ServicesEvron Computer Systems Corp.

Inventory Future Demanded Orders

I have SO that need to be filled immediately and SO to be fulfilled at a later date, when checking stock status reports it shows the stock levels based on all sales orders.I want to see my current demand and future demand separately, so that I can see at a glance if my inventory level is sufficient to fill current demand orders and not get confused by future demand orders.Is there a solution how to do it?

Adding additional periods on AP aging report AP631000.rpx

Hello,I am working on adding additional periods to the AP aging. AP631000.rpxI can manually set the bucket within the report successfully. However, I cannot add addtional buckets.Original pulls days from AP settings.= Payments.GetBucketNumberForAgedReport( @AgeDate, $DueDate, 0, CInt([APSetup.PastDue00]), CInt([APSetup.PastDue01]), CInt([APSetup.PastDue02]), False, False) I manually set the days and this works as expected.= Payments.GetBucketNumberForAgedReport( @AgeDate, $DueDate, 0, 15, 30, 45, False, False) However, if I add another value, so I can have an additional bucket value, it fails with a trace error.= Payments.GetBucketNumberForAgedReport( @AgeDate, $DueDate, 0, 15, 30, 45, 60, False, False)It seems like “= Payments.GetBucketNumberForAgedReport” may be referencing a stored procedure or some other procedure outside of the report.Can anyone shed any light on this?Thanks for any insight!

Different View based on the filter

I’m working with a GI of all my items and want to have different columns showing up for each item class, Ideally I would like to work with one GI and create advanced filters for each item class so they will appear in different tabs and create a different view for each tab, but it seems they all have to be the same view.is there anyway to have more than one view from the same generic inquiry instead of having to create multiple GI reports for each view I need?

I created a GI with some advanced filters on top, however when I attach the GI as a side panel to another GI these advanced filters doesn't show up it just shows all items at once without these filters.is there anyway to have advance filters on side panels?

Report Designer: Barcodes displaying their Value

I’m in the Report Designer. I have a barcode. How do I integrate the value of the barcode into the barcode as shown below. It doesn’t have to be nested into the code as shown below, underneath is fine too.My issue is that barcodes are variable in length and they completely ignore text alignment, so I can’t center the Item Number (my value) under the barcode. The barcode is always left justified making for some very ugly labels. Thanks!

Setting up Approval Map on Sales Orders

I’m trying to set up an approval map for Sales Orders which does the following: If the Sales Order has item X on it, it requires approval from Finance.If the Sales Order does not have item X on it, it does not require approval from Finance. Seems simple enough but the issue I’m having is that when the Sales Order does not have item X on it, it gets automatically Approved which prevents you from editing it while it is in Open status. Is there a way to set this up so that I’m still able to edit while it is in Open status? Or simply not requiring approval in these cases, rather than auto approving.We have some business automation running that requires the Sales Order line level details to be editable in Open status so putting the SO back on Hold to edit further is not an option.

How to format attribute/UDF to use in GI calculated field?

We are using attributes/UDFs to track the Install points on a service order - this is a measure of how difficult/time consuming the install will be based on a number of factors. The higher the number the higher the difficulty. This figure is also used to calculate install fees paid out to our installers. I’m trying to use this UDF in a GI to display the install fee (install points x install rate), but receiving the following error: Am I able to use this field to generate a calculation? Do I need to modify the mask on the attribute? Do I need to throw a formatting formula before the attribute field on the Results Grid?

How to use both COUNT & SUM aggregate functions on 1 line in GI

I’m working on a report to calculate the physical inventory count accuracy. I’m able to calculate the total number of lines counted, and how many of those lines had variances, but I would like to display the accuracy as a % value. This requires me to do some calculations on a single line, and I can’t quite figure out how to achieve that. Custom parameter values

I’m looking to add a parameter on my sales order GI to filter by statuses, but instead of having all the database values as an option to select from and be limited to select only one value at a time I would like to create my own values (example, Group A, Group B,) and add a condition if Group A is selected than show the orders within these statuses and vise versa, so I can quickly shift my filter between Group A and B and see the relative information.any solution how this can be accomplished?

How to export excel file in GI when using Quick Search

Hi All,I notice when I use the quick search and try to export an excel file, it only export from a certain fields while ignoring others. Example below:You can see I search for “FT” and items that contain FT in their product number or description would show. However when I export to excel, only product number with “FT” is showing and it does not pull the item that have “FT” in description. Added condition under row style to highlight records based on the profit margin, but it's not working for those lines where revenue budget exist and it's working fine if revenue budget doesn't exist under project --> Revenue Budget

Hi, I have added a condition under row style to highlight records based on the profit margin. However, I have noticed that this condition is not working for those lines where revenue budget exists, but it is working fine if revenue budget doesn't exist under the project's Revenue Budget. For instance, in the below attached screenshot, you can see that the revenue to date is 0 for project P10221, and the cost to date is 487.50 which is highter than revenue to date. However, it is not highlighting this record based on the row style condition set under the GI. attached GI for your reference.

@weekstart doesn't include the whole week

I set up a dashboard to view the total amount on invoices for last week. I used the @weekstart-1 and @weekend-1 for the filter. It worked fine, however I’m running into an issue on a week where the moth changes in middle of the week. i.e. March 1 was on a Wed. The filter will only include anything from March 1 till the end of the week.
