I feel like I should know this but, does anyone know in which table the Avalara Taxes are stored? I know that the ARTaxTran does not actually store the taxes generated from Avalara, even though they appear in the Taxes Tab on the AR Invoice. Does anyone know where this data is stored in the DAC layer, if anywhere?

You might want to try using TaxTran instead of ARTaxTran.
From there, you should be able to isolate tax codes which have been provided through Avalara by filtering for TaxZoneID.
Below is an Invoice including Avalara provided tax codes, as well as simple query used to identify them in TaxTran DAC.
