Adding CRUD Controls on the Grid

How can I have Controls as above the form has in the Grid View to add and delete the data?

As mentioned by ​@Django You need to the SkinID property to the GRID as SkinID = “Details”, so that you will get all CRUD button on the grid like below for your reference.
