Error GI not found in the system

we build the dashboard and it was work. after few days, we are getting this error. 

is there anywhere i can find GI

This means that someone deleted that GI unfortunately.

Hi ​@SandyA ,

You can check the Site Map to see if the GI has been published with that screen ID.  Also verify the Access Rights by Screen to ensure that appropriate roles have permission.  Finally, you can search for the GI by name in the Generic Inquiries screen.

Hi @SandyA,

Have you checked the Generic Inquiry (GI) in the Generic Inquiry screen by searching for its name?

Please verify if you have access to this GI.

Hi ​@SandyA,

Check Generic Inquiry (GI) Screen (SM208000) to verify if the GI exists if missing,then restore it from a backup or recreate it.

The GI was the first place I did checked, and I and it was not there.
