Assistance Required – Error When Releasing Credit Memo Invoice

Hi All,

When our customer tries to release a Credit Memo type invoice, they encounter the following error message: (Acumatica version 23.R1)

Could someone please advise on how to resolve this issue?

Have you got any customisations within the screen? Does it still happen with the customisations unpublished?

Is there any customization published on that screen?

have you checked the trace? this will helps us to identify root cause of the issue.

No don't have any customizations with this screen. Just has an Automation Schedule Process for Releasing the Invoices.

After unpublishing and republishing all customizations, I was able to successfully release the Credit Invoice. 😊
