I am trying to extract approval information for journals including amounts. Challenge is how to extract more that one approver in one row instead of multiple rows

@fmrubi11 Here’s a GI I built recently which can show multiple approvers. Might need to tweak it a little, but it worked for me when I was working on showing details for rejected expense claims.

Challenge is if there are multiple approvers, they still are in different rows, i want a pivot behavior where the approvers are in columns in same row

@fmrubi11  - Are you aiming specifically for a report or a generic inquiry?

In the Generic Inquiry screen ,I don’t think there’s a string concatenate aggregate function, so I don’t think it can be achieved there.
Reference:

Per the response there, you can achieve this if you’re willing to create a SQL view and extend a DAC as a customization.

But you can achieve this kind of thing through careful use of groupings & variables in a Report Designer report if you’re willing to go that route.
