Dunning letters

This is not currently turned in my configuration, if I do make it active, am I liable to get charged more?

Generally, if you’re seeing the module in your licensed tenant(s) under the Enable/Disable features screen, it is included in your existing subscription (there are some exceptions for volume based items like AP Document recognition, Payroll employee count etc. where there may be additional charges when you exceed your current subscription volume)

The Dunning Letter feature is a standard feature in the Financials module which is the core module that everyone has.  There is no additional cost to turn this feature on.

Hello @pcraske31

The form is available if the Dunning Letter Management feature is enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.

In the activate license screen, that feature is not activated. Please reach out your PAM/CSM.

Thanks
