Hello,
we have couple of Material records for which we received the error,
“Cannot mark the record as updated because another record with same key exists in cache. Contact your Acumatica support provider for the assistance”.
How can we delete these records, when we tried to delete them we are getting error
“AM Error: The batch contains released related transactions and cannot be deleted.”
Can someone please help us.

If you change these two fields to “Allow” it should allow you to delete the other record:
Remember to switch them back to the required setting afterwards!

+19If we can look at this error seems dependent transactions are RELEASED, hence system is not allowing to delete the record.
I think you might need to reverse those documents and try to delete it, if still does not work, please raise a support case with Acumatica.

We have experienced this error when we have the same production order on two batch transactions, allowing over production on orders, usually allows the record to be deleted.
