+3You can put the Production Order on hold and manually add your operations and materials to the Production Order via the Production Order Details screen.
Otherwise you should probably cancel the Production Order and create a new one - making sure the BOM is referenced correctly before you Release the Production Order

FYI: This trick can also work to “refresh” a production order with a now current BOM; if it was created from a BOM, you change the source to no source, save, then change source to BOM and select your BOM/Rev.
