We need a overtime rule for work performed on company holidays.

Many clients use Shift Codes for this functionality where you setup a shift code, HL, and use percentage method to markup the employees rate. You do need to turn this functionality on in Enable/Disable features.

Hi Chighfield,

You could have a generic holiday code for all employees whether they work or not.  Then for employees that worked the holiday they could be paid with an additional earnings code (setup as Overtime) at .5 of their regular wages.

I’m still learning/ configuring the system, but I know that there is a way to mass apply holidays to all employees, but I’m looking for a way to create an overtime rule that identifies time worked on company holidays and automatically calculates the premium.

In addition to “day of the week” and “number of consecutive days”

We pay shift differential based on the location of the work performed (on-site vs remote).  You should have the option to create an overtime rule for hours worked on designated company holidays.
