Is there a way to setup a Flat Rate Earning code that could be added to the Employee Compensation Tab of the Employee Payroll settings ?? This Flat Rate Code would then automatically be picked up on each Payroll run so one doesn’t need to import a Earnings file or hours file each run.
I have a client that doesn’t want hours to appear on the paystub for the Salaried Employees as they are being paid a set amount whether they work 30 hours or 50 hours. This desire is to prevent any lawsuits on overtime for the Salaried positions.

We can get you close. Set up your employee as salary with an annual wage and use Quick pay when you add your employees to your payroll batch. When the paysheet is created for the employee is based on the calendar the employee is attached to and taking annual salary/# of pay periods/number of hours per day on the calendar. For example, if an employee’s salary is 52,000 per year, they are paid weekly and the pay calendar shows them working 8 hours M-F. Quick pay will add a row for M-F @ 8 hours for $200 a day regardless of how many hours they actually worked.

@roger60 Acumatica has two options on managing overtime for salaried employees: Salaried Exempt (no overtime) and Salaried non-exempt (allows overtime). if the employees are set up as salaried exempt, wouldn’t the hours be less of a concern?
also, i believe there is only one paystub form for all employees which would lead me to believe that a customization would be needed to add an additional form in the event you wanted to edit the paystub report
@roger60 - You should be okay because when you print a paystub or check of a Salaried employee whether exempt or not they do not show an amount it only shows the hours see below:
