We have a user that recently had his email changed in Active Directory (the @ portion).
This caused the users account in Acumatica to have all of it’s custom filters, favorites etc.. to be wiped out. As the user now has a new ‘login name’
Is there anyway to get them back? Or apply them to the new account?

I would guess the old user still exists in the database, but has been replaced by the new one. IF getting it back was possible, it would take someone with a knowledge of SQL doing ill-advised things, and if it’s a Saas instance, it would need to be Acumatica support. You could submit a support case and see if they’re willing to touch it.
