I am running 2024 R1 and i thought at one point Open Purchase Orders would should up in the grid.
i have open purchase orders. if you could let me know what areas to check it would be very much appreciated. we are fairly new to Acumatica and want to get all the value we can from the tool. .

The purchase order status is open? (not On Hold or Pending Approval?)
If so you should see it on Inventory Planning results by Item
Without having a better window to your system setup - it may be hard to assist. You can contact your VAR or support.
Also, if you are not aware, we have published an MRP Whitepaper which details the logic behind MRP recommendations.

The Purchase Orders status are Open. we just went live he first of December and before go live we did see them.. Thank you for the white paper. I will review and contact support from there.
we figured it out. all of the check boxes on the Warehouse record were unchecked. not sure how this happened but we are reviewing access rights to fix this issue. .
