Entered a Sales Order with an item marked as Configurable but the Configure tab is not active.  What are we missing?

 

 

@jddonnell55 - can you show a screenshot of the Item Setup? (mfg tab) 


If you know of training material that we could access quickly, please advise.  Thanks.

 


@jddonnell55 - ok this is a dumb question - but did you save your Sales Order? The Configure button is not available until you save the sales order.

Not dumb at all.  Totally new to this feature.
