Purchase Order - Remove Print Option where Status is On hold or Pending Approval (2023R2)

I believe this will be more easier to do from workflow customization / Low code/No code.

• You just need to extend workflow and select the statuses which you want to make Print Action disable.
• Uncheck the Active checkbox for Print Purchase order Action.

​@Nilkanth Dipak  Thank you very much.  It does seem the easier way to go. I am missing Pending Approval workflow.  How do update it?  Or is not showing for some reason?  See screenshot.

Have you created the Approval Map for PO from Assignments and Approval Maps(EP205500) screen?

If yes, Have you added this Approval map to Approval tab of Purchase Order Preferences (PO101000)screen?

Thank you very much. Your directions are spot on.  Now, I thought I was good to go and test it but I can uncheck the Print Box.  I have administrator rights.  Any thoughts?

Nothing as changed but I am getting the message when I try to remove it from hold. I was about go live when I figure I would test it one more time;.  (Glad I did; it would have caused a major issue on Monday).
