Hello Expert, i am getting stuck in on of the business event scenarios i.e once sales order is created business event will get trigger and create a commission sales for that sales order. I have created business event and import scenario for the same but was unable to trigger the business event.
Please have a review and let me know if i am missing out something

Generally if the Business Event is not being triggered it is because all the key fields on the table in the Generic Inquiry are not on the Results grid of the GI.

I’ve found that using a GI that has “Grouping” won’t trigger the business event. Does your GI have a Group?
Perhaps you can try using a GI that doesn’t have the SOLines and only the SOOrder for the business event and another one for the scenario.

+13First can you confirm if you are able to update the commissonable checkbox using import scenario with business events.
2nd. if above steps 1 is working then We need to investigate the business events using record by change,
Make sure all the Keyfields which are in yellow color in DAC should be added.
check if any GI conditions are causing an issue.
Other wise we can add record by schedule action and update the commisionable checkbox for every 30mins.
