Hi Everyone,

I am trying to make the credit limit amount in the customer profile a condition in a business event set in the SO screen, is there a way to access tap the credit limit amount when setting up the business event? Also the credit limit amount figure is not actually showing up in the email template, am I doing something wrong here?

Kind regards,
Mrivera67

Hi @mrivera67

The simplest way is whenever the customer's credit exceeds the sales order, it goes to credit hold, as soon the status becomes to credit hold in the SO order it triggers business events.

Hi @mrivera67

could you please share the additional details? If you bring the customer credit limit in a GI we can show in the email template,

Hi Manikanta, here is the screen that I want to edit, at the moment only document is the option, how can I make it so that customer is selectable in so doing, I can set the condition to the customer credit limit instead of the SO order total amount.

Kind regards,

here is the second part of my query, in the email template that is triggered by the mentioned business event above, the part where it shows the customer credit limit is always just showing “0.00” even though it is not that amount set in the customer profile.

Try add the field again in you email template like in the subject as maybe its how you inserted the data field there and you may have to redo it.  If its in the GI it should show up.
