Import Scenario - Update sales order specific line discount percent

Trying to update specific sales order lines to add a 10% discount. Which I thought would be a pretty straight forward import but I keep getting an error “View name: Documet” and I can’t figure out what in the import scenario is wrong? Can someone help me out on this one.

The mapping looks fine, the only thing missing is the internal field for Line number. See screenshot below:

 

 

Map the internal field as shown above and let me know if it works.

You can try setting up a custom key field to let the system know which line you want to update, Here’s a link for a vide that shows an example on how to setup a custom key to update lines with an import scenario (min 44:56):

I think I have it setup correctly but I still get the same error.

Ah you are correct, that corrected the issue and the import worked successfully.
