Create Service Orders via import scenario

​@KShepherd That is because you do not have any mapping for the RefNbr. You need to map RefNbr to a field which has unique value if you have auto numbering on Service Order Numbering Sequence.

But i want to create NEW Service orders and generate a new Ref Number.  I read that i should remove the RefNumber but the scenario requires it.  In my file the Service Order Number column exists, but it has no values.  

In my import file i numbered the Service Order Numbers with unique values then updated the scenario to this…. still only allowing processing one at a time:
