Hello everyone
The trial balance upload is balanced. I take it off hold and release it and i have this error msg
“The trial balance cannot be released until there are unposted General Ledger batches.”
Please help !!

Hi
Based on the error you are getting, there seem to be unposted GL batches. This error can occur if you are importing the Trial balance on an existing tenant that has some transactions. You need to post all batches till the period for which you would want to import Trial balance and then start importing Trial balance. You can find references for this process in our documentation. Here is the link, I have pointed to the specific section as well.
