Has anyone managed to successfully setup the GL Anomaly Detection within the Sales Demo environment?

I’m trying to train a model using the PRODUCTS company but the training keeps failing and the following warning is displayed:

 

‘The model is not ready for analysis. Not enough data was sent to the model for accurate analysis. You can attempt to train the model after adding transactions.’

I’m giving this post a bump as I’m sure someone out there has managed to get it working with the sales demo environment.

I’ve seen a demo of GL Anomaly Detection using sales demo data so i know that a model can be created successfully.

Hi @Chris Hackett,

No, I haven’t been able to train a model and therefore I cannot demo the  GL Anomaly functionality. It seems that there isn’t enough data within the Sales Demo environment.

My attempt has been status stuck for over a week now. It just says “Training in Progress”. 

How long is it supposed to take?

Hi @cgndm,

Once the model has the ‘Train in Progress’ status you use the ‘Get Status’ action.
