Created busines event is not worked properly

Hi All,

We created a business event based on a standard GI (AR0015DB). But the particular business event was not worked properly. As per the clitent’s requirement, the relevant emails (based on business event) need to be triggered when insert any record to the GI. But unfortunately, the emails were not triggered as we expect. It was triggered only through a schedule which created for the business event. 

Could please share with us any solution to address this requirement correctly ?
