Another process has updated the 'INItemPlan'

Trying to release an invoice and it keeps firing back the same error. We checked stock and all and cannot seem to find the root of the issue. Any assistance would be great!

This is a standard error from Acumatica.

Hi @bnaumann 

Are you releasing the documents in batches? If so, what happens when you do one invoice at a time?

They are not being released in batches, it is just one single invoice.

Hi @bnaumann 

If you can, put a support case in with Acumatica or have your partner do it. This is a pretty generic error that usually happens when two people are on the same record.

It seems one of the customization causing the issue. Can you please unpublish the customization packages and review once?

sometimes it helps to overcome this error when user try Running Recalculate Inventory (IN505000)
