Hi All.
We are looking for a way to close refunds that remain open with an irrelevant balance on them. There is an option to Write Off invoices or memos, but not for refunds. Is there a way to add that option to refunds?

I just checked version 2024 R2 by entering a Refund and attempting to Write off the Refund. As in previous versions, we can VOID Refunds in Receivables → Payments & Applications screen, but we do not see Refunds in Receivables → Write-Off Balances & Credits screen. We are not able to easily Write Off Refunds en masse.
I like your idea to add Refunds to Acumatica’s Receivables → Write-Off screen. Please add your idea to the Ideas forum of Acumatica Community so we may vote for it.
In the meantime, if you have a large number of Refunds to write off, please Import the Void action to AR Payments and Applications screen using an Import Scenario as a work-around.
