Using "Pause" option on Appointments

I would like to share a useful tip on Field Service appointment.

When an appointment spans multiple days you can pause the appointment at the end of the day and resume it next day. However if you don't pause it system assumes work is ongoing and adds time to appointment when in actuality there was no work done at the end of the working hours. An example would be if it is a Friday and you would want to resume work again on Monday then you need to pause the appointment at the end of day on Friday and “Resume” work on Monday. Otherwise system will add weekend hours to actual appointment time.
