For many in the service industry it is important to be able to fill out inspection sheets out in the field. While there are many providers of the fillable form concept (WorkMax,FastField etc.) none of them have the ability to save the inspection sheet (usually saved as a PDF) directly to a service order or appointment on the mobile app

Try using GoFormz. They have integrated recently to Acumatica and the forms are available on the mobile app. On the website there are screenshots of the integration with Construction screens but I believe extending it to the Field Service screens should be possible.

We developed our own solution, and are beta testing it now. GoFormz is great, just way more than what our clients wanted to spend.
