Sidebar and top bar not loading

Hey Everyone,

Recently we migrated to a different hosting server and some users started to experience issues with the Sidebar. It keeps spinning forever like in the image below. Some users are using Edge and others Chrome and it happens with both browsers, not necessarily at the same time and not everyone is having this issue. The only thing that helps fixing the issue is clearing the browser Cache, but days later it happens again.

Just wondering if anyone experienced this issue before? It may be something server side related...any insights are much appreciated!!

We are in the 2022R1 version

Thanks in advance!

We have the same problem occasionally. Browser cache clearing always fixes it.

Hi @wxbrian I have seen this issue before, but when I clear the cache browser OR different browser it started working.

Hey Naveen,

That’s correct. However, the issue comes back again after a certain period of time and it only started to happen when we migrated to another host. Nothing major since it has a simple workaround but we wanted to get to the root of the cause

We experienced the same issue after migrating to new server (running v2022R1), both on desktop and mobile.

This happened very frequently after the migration, and is currently happening less and less.

We do not know the root case, but would be great to know if you ever figure it out.

This still happens to some user on a weekly basis, would like to know what the cause is.

The simplest fix is to hold Shift and click browser refresh. This forces a page recache in Edge and Chrome.
