Printing Multiple Invoices From Customer Details

Is there a way to print multiple customer invoices from Receivables → Customers → Customer Details without opening each invoice first?  Or is there a better spot to go to in order to print multiple invoices for a customer?

I was searching for this same problem and I ran across a post on AUG forums: How to batch print multiple invoices • Everything Else • Acumatica User Group Forums

In short, the solution is to use the “Print Invoices and Memos (AR508000)” screen.  I needed to select the “Show All” checkbox for the invoices to show.

@tmeyer Have you reviewed the print option?

I just tried this and it indicates “no records found.”

@tmeyer

There is a option to add a mass update action to print invoice.

This is getting me closer.  I made the changes suggested in customization.  Then I used Sales Orders → Invoices and filtered by name and date to get the list of invoices needed.  The issue is, eventhough I have selected all of them, when I click “Print Invoice (All)” only the first invoice selected generates to print.  I have a list of 13 invoices I am trying to print all at once.  Thank you for all of your help!

Hello @tmeyer

Please try creating a business event to print invoices as it might help with the request
