No access to mobile app

Hi Everyone

I have provided details to some of my colleagues on downloading the mobile app but they are having issues gaining access.

I had originally set up 2FA and the app was requesting an access code but no notification anywhere of what the code is.

I followed the basics for them to remove the app entirely and reinstall after I removed the 2FA. It is still requesting a code.

I even generated access codes but none of these are working.

Any ideas?

Solved!

There seems to be a conflict with the 2FA. The solution after turning it off requires you to reset the password for that user.
