I am having issues with applying customer payments to invoices. When I either type in the customer invoice number I get the below error. Error: Unhandled exception has occurred, your changes have been rolled back: Error: An error occurred during processing of the field Reference Nbr.: Error: 'Reference Nbr.' cannot be found in the system. I have attempted to use the magnifying glass to search as well, but nothing comes up. The document is open, for the same customer that the payment is being entered for, & I don’t show any other issues that would prevent the application. We have had issues since we upgraded with the “Auto-apply” function, & have been unable to find a fix. We use a work around for applying the payments.
After I prepared replenishment, I wanted to create a transfer order from Sales Orders | Create Transfer Order. But I received this error after clicking Process button.Anyone knows how to fix this error? Thanks.
AR302000 screen I can’t longer set Hold to false, it say NullReferenceException since it’s not a field any more, I try to set the ReleaseFromHold action, but when set the Release action it says realease button is desabled. How can I set the Hold status to false from soap api?. If I clear Hold Documents on Entry, the payment is created, but we don’t want to unset this.
I can’t get to litmos through the partner portal, I get an error, and not a regular 404, either. Anyone able to log into LEARN?
We are new to Acumatica and are trying to decide on renewing our SLS or pay per case. I wanted to know what the cost range was for those who have a support agreement. Any input would be appreciated.
Hi, The bill screenshot below is unavailable when I try to apply it to the debit adjustment that was created by reversing the bill. Can anyone advise why? It also doesn’t show up if I go to Prepare Payments in an attempt to cut a check for it. Everything about it appears correct to me.
My company is looking for a way within Acumatica to track who (what person) has a unit that they are testing, QAing, or doing R&D on internally. This is similar to a Check-In / Check-Out process where it will be in a specific generic location but show as being in someone’s ownership at the time and unable to be sold or transferred. Is this possible?
Hi, Is there a way to tie the same contact to multiple business accounts? Currently I have to create a new contact for each business account and it does not allow you to search other contacts and add them. This creates duplication for contacts. Example: Contact A, can exist under Business Account 1, BA 2, and BA 3. RegardsAmrit
Good day, we updated our item weights from pounds to KG and volume to CBM, Currently our open PO count about 800. I would like to a suggestion on how we can update all of them at once without have to open each one, recalculate and then close. Anyone ideas. Right the PO if not recalculated after open has the weight and volume from when it was created. Thank you.Evan

Hi !Just updated to the brand new 2021r1 and we have an issue with the autocomplete feature when used to find a client or a vendor reference.On the previous Acumatica version we used (2018r2), the autocomplete suggested only clients/vendors of the default family. I mean by that, the family set as default on the client/vendor preferences screen :Now, it suggests clients/vendors from all the families.How to apply the “default family” filter to the autocomplete suggestions, so it suggests only clients from the client family set as default in the preferences (same with vendors) ?Thank you :)
Hello,We have a client who have an in-house Exchange server and have been using Exchange Integration with Acumatica since 2018.Many emails have been synchronized between Exchange and Acumatica.They are now moving to Office 365.Does anyone have experience with this situation and able to share thoughts? My primary question is will there be an issue when the mailboxes are migrated, where Acumatica exchange sync is unable to recognise that emails have already been synchronized (therefore starts duplicating emails)? I believe this will also depend on which method is used to migrate the mailboxes from Exchange to 365.Thanks in advance.

The purpose of this is to be able to allocate employee costs and pull reports according to business units. Each Employee’s set of subaccounts is that of the business unit they belong to.At times it happens that employees move between business units. This requires that the subaccounts for those employees are changed to those of the new business unit they move to.One does not want to change an employee’s ID every time the employee moves from one business unit/cost center to another. Problem:The following information, entered on the Employees Screen, is not date sensitive Employee Sub-account Employee Company Employee timecard approver Employee Supervisor. This has major operational and integrity implications when any of the above information pertaining to the employee is changed.

Hello, Correct me if I was wrong, per my test, the Acumatica Mobile APP is designed for ERP use only. It can connect to an ERP instance and use ERP functionality. But It can not use the Customer Portal functionality. Although it also can be set to connect to a customer portal site, but it display empty. Is my test result true or just I have to do some settings to make it work for Customer portal instance?

If a user is required to approve a document via an approval map, is there a way he or she can reassign it to another user? The only obvious options are Approve and Reject.
