Has anyone ever had to extract PaperSave document attachments in Dynamics GP and then migrate them into Acumatica for AR and AP history?  Any good tools for this?  What was the best approach?

What are some areas in Acumatica where predictive analytics or true AI could help with managing administration, helping users with repetitive tasks, or generally making the system more valuable? Some of this could be done with notifications and business events, but I’m think of something even more advanced. (Ex: Month-end close? Notifying users of situations like low inventory? missing tasks? Unfinished activities? Orphaned transactions? Bank rec? Import or integration management? Case management? Customer/Billing management/)

How do I edit the order of the SECTIONS on a wiki? These would be the wiki headers like REFERENCE, END USER, etc in the ACUMATICA EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES help link. The order seems to be random with different sites and I’m trying to get END USER set as the top section instead of REFERENCE.Thank You!

I am creating a business event using a GI that returns a count of records in the SOOrder.CustomerOrderNbr field.  We use the GI to search for duplicate values in that field and the GI has a ‘count’ field in the results. The business event needs to trigger when that count value is greater than or equal to 2.  I have not been successful with returning the correct values.  It sends each new record inserted instead of following all the conditions. My conditions (Operations) are where there is a Record Inserted and the Count of the customer order # field is >= 2.  It seems to be ignoring the count condition.  I am new to this so very well may be missing something.  Your insight and help is much appreciated.  Thanks!    

Hi Everyone,I have some inquiry regarding on the approval matrix that I need to set up.Here's the scenarioIf the Sales Agent put the Unit Price on the Sales Order less than the Unit Cost of an item. It will be subject to approval.but on the approval matrix, when I select the field name as unit cost and the condition is greater than the value is it a numeric digit, not a unit price? Is there a way to set up the requirements?  Thank you !

Is there any ability to creating “recurring” Tasks in Acumatica? We have Tasks that happen every quarter and what we have to do is to “complete and follow up” and then update the start dates for the next quarter. Is there a way to add a Task and have it appear each month, quarter, year, etc. 

Hello,     It looks like even “Audit history” can not meet my need.We have a need to log who changed POline’s qty and cost after the creation.To avoid the database grow rapidly, I just enable to log the below 3 fileds  However, the system keeps logging every time the poline is changed, by other fields, like open qty, qty on receipt... Is it possbile to log only when specific fields be changed. Like unit cost. 

I’m getting the following error when trying to access one specific Tenant: The message is displayed right after doing the logging and this issue started after upgrading to a new version(2022R1), does anyone know how can I investigate this issue and fix it ? Thanks

We have noticed a dashboard display difference between versions. In 21 R1, the horizontal labels consolidate for a more clean look while in 22 R2, the labels run over each other. Does anyone know of a way or a new setting to get the cleaner look back?2021 R1:2022 R2: 

RE: LEASE/CHARGESI have some leases with multiple monthly charges, but they add up together as one item on the statement. Am I missing how to separate these charges so they appear seprate and not together?For example, in very simple terms: Let’s say this tenant pays two monthly charges per month:Rent $5Tax $5I want these to appear just like this on our monthly statements, but instead they are added up as one item and looks like this:Lease Billing $10How can I get these to appear as two separte charges? Because it’s very confusing for some of our tenants. Or is there another way to do multiple monthly charges?   

Does anyone know of a configuration option (or an app that we can integrate with Acumatica) where users can record their time on a real time basis i.e. start and stop a timer when they are working on a specific task? Many thanks!

Where can we see the Employee Rate for the Appointment in Acumatica?

Is there a dedicated Company Name field in the customer record? We are not using the CRM module so we have been inputting the company name in the Account Name (Customer:AcctName) field, however this is a required field so if there is no company name we have been inputting the full customer name in this field, which is not ideal.Is there a best practice for this? We are used to having a non-required field for Company name (in our old ERP) that we would leave blank if there was no company associated with that customer. This would help with marketing, etc.

Team - we’re trying to limit the ability of our PM team to enter multiple PO Receipts per PO.  I’m wondering what the best way of going about this is.  Essentially, if there is already a PO Receipt received for a specific PO, I want it to be very difficult to receive another one.  This appears to be an issue for newer trainees and correcting it in the system is a bit of a hassle.  I tried to create an approval map for Purchase Orders but I’m confused as to where the map is being applied - it isn’t triggering any approval and I’ve added the map to PO preferences.I’m not married to an approval map - if there’s a preference that can limit one PO Receipt to a PO then that would work, too.  Also, the PM is doing the PO entry and receipt, so limiting their access here wouldn’t make a ton of sense.  Open to any suggestions, right now we’r

Hey, everyone - It doesn’t appear that the “Total Sales” field is calculating in Project quotes, despite being values in the “Ext. Price” and “Amount” columns.  This doesn’t appear to be an issue with hand-keying items line by line.  However, our estimates are fairly sophisticated and large and our estimating team will be making frequent use of the Load Records from File button and it only seems to be an issue when data is loaded in this way.  Is anyone aware of this happening either specifically or in a related way?  In full disclosure, I did customize fields on the screen but only by changing their display names and requirement status.  If you have any insight please advise.  Thank you!  

Hello, all.  I went through the T series courses and now I’m making my first modification to disable the InventoryCD field on the Stock Items form unless a specific Item Class (defined in Inventory Preferences extension) is selected.I have it working, but when the field is enabled and you type in an InventoryCD, when you tab out, it states “Any unsaved changes will be discarded.” and sets the Item Class back to the default.  All I want it to do is enable the field and allow manual entry.I have separate code that is working to dynamically change the numbering sequence in the RowPersisting event.Does anyone have any thoughts why the record is prompting “Any unsaved changes will be discarded?”  It’s like it sees the record as “dirty.”Here’s my code:protected void InventoryItem_RowSelected(PXCache cache, PXRowSelectedEventArgs e) { InventoryItem row = (InventoryItem)e.Row; if (row == null)

Hello!I created an attribute with control type Selector.  I want to be able to select an employee with this attribute. I do have 1 employee. I added this attribute to the production order type.My expectation is that I can now select an employee on my production order.  However, I cannot.  The attribute behaves like it is control type TEXT.  I can type anything into the attribute value.  Also, there is no magnifying glass icon next to the value box to do a search.

Since last week, one user has not been able to access Acumatica through Chrome on their MacBook.  Basically, can log in fine but then the screen is frozen on the last page I was on and there is a “spinning wheel” in the vertical menu bar area.He has been working via Safari on his MacBook or via Chrome on his iPad without any issues. My preferred way to run Acumatica is Chrome on my MacBook.

We are new to Acumatica.  When we print the AR Aging report the invoice number is cut off, see attached.  We tried to modify it in report designer but it errors out and wont open.  Is there a way to extend the column that the invocie number is in?
