Can customer use Acumatica 2024R2 until June 2026 when this version retired on 5 May 2026 ? Because the expired contract customer will due on 24 June 2026

a case where an auto Sales Order Shipment (SOS) is not being created by the system.Details:Sales Order quantity: 13 Inventory on hand: 15 Qty available for shipping: 15 Inventory exists at XYZ location and has been available since April 10 Inventory is not reserved elsewhereDespite sufficient availability, the SO line goes to Back Order and no auto SOS is created.What conditions would prevent Acumatica from auto‑creating the SOS in this scenario? and when I update manually shipping rule and create shipment , below error pop up. 

I’m working through S110_System_Security_2026R1 and got a bit confused about the wording around “creating a system tenant.”From my understanding, the system tenant is automatically created with the instance and isn’t something we manually create -  we only create non-system tenants.However, the guide says, “when you create a system tenant,” which makes it sound like a manual action.Is there ever a scenario where we actually create a system tenant ourselves? Or should this read.. “when you create a new tenant, you may be signed out after its creation,...”For context, I’m working on a local instance that initially had a single tenant. 

I’m wanting to be able to setup what is a “Shared Mailbox” in Office 365 as a system email account.I’ve found this post that says it is possible but I’m not sure how the authentication would be setup as a shared mailbox doesn’t have a ‘password’ and is accessed via another user logged in who has permission.. How We Process Email Inside of Acumatica: Start to Finish (cs3technology.com) I’m assuming it would have to be POP3 and not IMAP potentially?

I have a business event set up to send an email notification when the Release action is done on inventory receipts. Every time the release is being clicked, it is triggering the business event twice, so duplicate emails are being sent. Why is the event triggering twice?Below is what my business event looks like and the log showing the duplicate triggering. 

Hi all, if I create a customer via the UI or the API the CreatedDateTime is always 5/15/2024.  I would like it to be the actual date.  I have not customized the screen or process at all. Is there a setting for this? Thank you

We have sales orders that come thru with retail (stock) items but also non-stock items such as donations to other organizations. We also take sales orders up to 6 months in advance before we can fulfill them (we deal with live plants and seeds). When donations come in I would like to invoice the sales orders for those lines. Is there a way to do that?

For that I am using Process Shipment Screen; however, when I select multiple shipments and process, the system will provide a preview and I have to view one by one and click on the Print. Is there an option I can print shipments without reviewing one by One.Thanks!

Hey, Gang - running into an odd result when creating an access role.  I need to have the Stock Items screen ONLY display the CROSS REFERENCE tab.  As it stands, revoking everything but the Cross Reference tab and a handful of other fields somehow still allows the GENERAL and RELATED ITEMS tabs to be visible - I ONLY want the Cross Reference tab.  Here’s what I didCreated a new role (IN X REF) and only gave access rights to the Stock Items screen in Inventory Next, I gave let the Cross-Reference container inherit the rights of the screen and gave the Inventory Item container the Delete access (this could easily have been View Only, but I had already tested that).

Hello! I have made a few filters and want to show our “Default Salesperson” employees how to filter only their name. This is easy to do on desktop However, when I go to the mobile app, the filter doesn’t show up correctly. When I click on their filter, it’s blank.My initial guess is because there is no sort option for the salesperson on the app. Is this the case? If so, how do I add this as an option so our remote salespeople can see their sales more easily when they are travelling?

Has anyone else had connectivity issues recently when trying to connect or work in the mobile app when they know that they do in fact have WiFi/cellular connectivity?  When the error occurs the user is able to open a website in Chrome to confirm that they do have connectivity. This seems to be a new issue in the last couple of days, and all of the reports so far have been on Android devices.  It is affecting more than one of our customers on different Acumatica instances.    

Just curious to see if anybody started to use Acumatica Survey from Github? If so how has your experience been so far? If you haven’t why not? If you like to learn more ask a question here.

Hello Experts, I am stuck in one of the approval process i am creating Purchase approval with two levels 1 level- No conditions, and have two user any one approves the document it will be approved.2 level- having two user and condition (If Amt. < 50,00000) any one of the user from level 2 approves the document it gets approved.having single user in which (Amt.> 50,00000) single user assigned to it will approves the document.

Is there a URL where I can find what specific features are included as a bundle? For example, if I purchased the Construction Edition 2025 R2, is SSO security and MFA supported and included in the base package? 

Hi Community,For some reason, having the Customizer role is not enough to get you into editing a Customization Project (which does not seem intuitive). While it gives access to the Customization Project screen, it does not allow a User to actually go in and edit the Customization Project. I don’t want to give the User the Admin role, but does anyone know what is needed to edit the Customization Projects themselves.  I tried giving Delete access doing under Hidden>Customization Xml, but it opens the project in a new tab, with an error. Don’t think it should be this hard, but not sure what I am missing. Cheers,RJ
