New to Acumatica here!
I am trying to complete some certifications through the Acumatica Portal → Learning Paths → Partner University but when I click on the hyperlink for the Partner University I get a pop up that says my Partner University account is in an ‘inactive status’. I tried escalating this to the recruiter that created my Portal account for me but they could not do anything about it as they have no control on the backend of things.. I tried creating a ‘New Education-Related case’ through support tab but as soon as I clicked on it it just brings me back to the ‘Welcome to Acumatica’ Homepage.
Any ideas as to what I can do here?
