I’m trying to setup UPS integration with Acumatica. Looks like it’s no longer accepting API credentials instead requires OAuth. Does anyone have setup documentation?

Is this the same issue with Fedex?

HI @estebanperalta54

Here is a link that may help:

UPS stopped providing new Access Keys for the old Web Services integration starting June 2023
Customers with old Access Keys will be able to use them till June 2024.
Our integrations team is in the process of building out a new solution - Please follow the community article for updates from our product managers.

All customers are encouraged to move over to FedEX REST  by May 2024.
FedEx is still providing accounts for the old Web Services at this time but we recommend moving over to the FedEx REST API as soon as possible

Thanks! from what I’ve read, the workaround is to use shipping integrations like Shipengine or Shipstation and Acumatica is aiming for 24R1 to have native integration.

If you’re looking to integrate UPS and Acumatica, talk with your UPS rep and you can get a program called CrossWare. We have linked from worldship to acumatica using the shipment number and it is passing all of the data back and forth. When we scan our shipment number it brings in the ship to address and service level and then it pushes back the cost and package details.
