Hello all,

I have been working on integrating the UPS with Acumatica and while trying to confirm the shipment in sandbox the following error is triggerred:

Hey @Harry , kindly make sure that the contact details (phone nbr. as in error) have been entered for the selected Branch/Company ID in Acumatica.

Hi @Harry,

This error usually means that the UPS account tied to the Shipper Number you are using has been suspended by UPS, or is not yet fully set up.

To resolve this issue the client may need to contact UPS as this seems to be an issue on the UPS account that only UPS can resolve.
